Expecting Mary (2010)
Expecting Mary is the story of pregnant young Mary, who's had all the trappings of an upscale life, but it's only when she finds herself in a small New Mexico town, in a down-trodden trailer park, that she learns the real meaning of love, sacrifice and family. A movie where grandparents want to take grandchildren, when parents want to take the kids and when families want to share a motion picture experience, which neither insults them, nor offends them, and which champions the values they and their families hold dear. -- (C) Official Site … More

Critic Reviews for Expecting Mary
Despite the calculated setup and quirky characters, the film, like Juno and Bella, brings another pro-birth story to the big screen. May there be many more.
Rulin gives a warm, down-to-earth performance, which counters writer-director Dan Gordon's tendency to blow out the Quirk-O-Meter.
Audience Reviews for Expecting Mary
It's a shame that such a fantastic cast was hung out to dry by director Dan Gordon's unnecessary excess. This could have been something really special but Gordon's insistence on squeezing every last bit of sentimentality from every scene makes the whole film seem disingenuous and contrived.More
