HELL'S KITCHEN chef and Type-A personality Gordon Ramsay hosts this unruly British food series. Giving the show its tart center are cooking challenges pitting Ramsay against his guests (frequently celebrities), while explorations of culinary issues and travel segments broaden its palette. This first series courted controversy with its campaign to "get women back in the kitchen," but that's par for the course for the ever-bellicose Ramsay.
