Great film. You got to be living with this disease to really fully understand it. It shows the power of the substance and the control it has. Where it can make a man justify his actions regardless of the damage it does to all around him. Baffling ,cunning.

I've been an alcoholic for over half my life, now sober for sometime I felt Denzel really captured what it's like to live with alcohol addiction. The part with the minifridge was a very suspenseful scene for me, but not for my friend that never has had a drinking problem.
