Audience Reviews for Flood: A River's Rampage

The film's television origins are clearly evident. It is a well meaning film, so-so special effects. The acting ranges from decent (Richard Thomas) too not so good, (most everyone else). Too sappy, but I had no problem watching it, it never really bored me.

James Higgins
