Four vintage horror films are collected here. 1931's THE PHANTOM follows a criminal mastermind as he escapes from Death Row and sets out for revenge on his captors, while THE INTRUDER (1932) tells the intriguing story of a ship with a sinister murderer on board that crashes on a very odd deserted island. TANGLED DESTINIES, directed by Frank Strayer in 1932, has the stranded passengers and crew of a downed airplane taking refuge in a creepy, deserted old house, with predictably deadly results. And finally, in 1943's DEAD MEN WALK, George Zucco turns in memorable performances as both a respected small-town doctor and his evil, bloodsucking twin. [More]
