Critic Review - Mountain Xpress (Asheville, NC)

The first line in The Fourth Kind has Milla Jovovich calling herself an 'actress,' so we know right away the film is lying.

hahaha That's too funny!
I did like the movie , "The 5th Element". I figured what the heck, why not try "the 4th kind. There might be a little green alien S&M." This movie was crap and I wish I could get my 2 hours back. Can the aliens do that?

That is not the point, if some is acting badly you call them out, so the "STFU you can't do any better, so don't you dare criticize anyone."

This review is merely an excercise for this "so-called" reviewer to regurgitate random non-sensical references in an attempt to inject humor.

Teach the blind kid to play pinball? Seriously? I threw up a little bit in my mouth after reading that. Not to mention feeling more than a little embarrased for the reviewer.

"Senseless palaver"? Really? Who uses those phrases? This came across as a weak attempt to impress us with fancy vocabulary. Again, I'm embarrased for the reviewer. Rockets look like squids or personal vibrators? Wow...just wow. Invest in curtains or blinds? How long did it take to figure that one out, Captain Obvious?

Here's the thing. The movie did start out really slow, but otherwise was very entertaining and quite horrifying in a few places. Absolutely nothing wrong with the acting. Zippo...nadda. The story is possibly tired, but again...it's just entertainment....not a history lesson.

This reply is merely too long.
