Good job on the comment about the story and the lack of in-jokes, but this review suffers the same preconceptions that all Disney movies need big, singable songs to tell a heartfelt story. It's getting to a point where I'm actually despising the Lion King style of huge song pieces. I love The Fox and the Hound for its subdued approach to songs.
