Audience Reviews for Frankenstein Reborn

½

A retelling of Frankenstein that barely works. On its own merits the acting is better than most horror films of this caliber and they manage to play it completely straight faced. The monster doesn't look too bad either. Of course we have a girl on girl needless sex scene with drugs and the like which works as an intermission to the gore. The sound is quite poor in scenes where the levels of music drown out dialog and other's where one persons voice is perfectly clear but other actors in the same scene are not. Certainly one of the lesser Frankenstein movies but not through lack of trying.

A really smart, modernized retelling of the Frankenstein legend that moves well and the creature looks great. Certain things don't entirely wrok though (a little girl not wanting to make aphone call was just awkward) and while the actors/actresses are fine some of the smaller players not soo much.

totally retarded movie...too many flashbacks which could have been ok i suppose but the ending was totally lame...there's no way the chick could revive if the police had already come and got all the other bodies in the same room...hellllloooo...they wouldn't have just left one body there in plain sight...duh...pretty lame
