But when his dog is hit by a car and killed, Victor can only think of one solution to the problem: bring the canine back from the dead. Much to the dismay of Victor's parents (Shelly Duvall and Daniel Stern), and, eventually to the horror of their neighbors, the dead dog, alive again, is now a creepy monster covered in scars.
