Karen wishfully bestows the snowman with the hat and to her delight, Frosty (Jackie Vernon) magically comes to life. Frosty and Karen quickly become the best of friends, and there seems to be no end in sight to their good times--until the sun threatens to melt Frosty. Accompanied by Karen, he sets out for the cool refrigeration of the North Pole, but when the evil magician learns of their plans, he's hot on their trail.
