Following up on the previous "God Of Gamblers" spin-off, "Dou-Hap" (Known as "God Of Gamblers" II in English), this film focuses on the disciple of the God of Gamblers, Chow Sing Cho (Stephen Chow), also known as the "Saint of Gamblers".
