Investigating the... The first anime ever to be broadcast on a US pay cable channel (Cinemax), Goku is a dark, noir-ish series that follows the exploits of former cop turned private eye Goku. Investigating the mysterious suicides of a number of police officers, Goku encounters the woman responsible for their demise and is quickly entranced by her supernatural power. In order to survive, Goku has his left eye removed and replaced with a cybernetic implant that allows him access to nearly every computer on Earth.
