I thought this movie was so boring. If the only thing you can think of to keep the story going is more space debris, save us the trouble and make the movie 30 minutes shorter. Can't understand what people find so fascinating about this movie. Visually it's awesome, but I like intricate plots, character development, and dialog, and this movie offers none of that.
Oct 6 - 06:34 PM
If you like intricate plots, character development, and dialogue, then the run time should be longer and not shorter.
Oct 6 - 06:59 PM
Then you're dealing with 30 minutes of story and 30 minutes of space debris. The film is 91 minutes king. Think about what you're saying.

GRAVITY: I love Sandra Bullock and saw the movie today because of her. Story line was a ?what if? scenario and the outer space effects of their space shuttle being blown into smithereens spiraled into a sort of video game montage. Almost any good National Geographic outer space imaginings and images of earth would be comparable.
Oct 6 - 09:54 AM
Thanks Terry ..didn't understand what you said ,but quoto's for saying it .
Oct 6 - 11:59 AM
I wasn't impressed. Not enough character development, and the story becomes laughable near the end.
Oct 6 - 06:14 AM
This is a really funny thread , didn't think you guys had it in you .
10% GRAVITY 90% funny, great job ,cheques in the mail .
Oct 4 - 10:29 PM
I just saw the movie, sorry Brendan, but this was one of the most intelligent pieces of cinema I have seen in a very long time.
Oct 3 - 10:26 PM
Just saw this movie, and I'm sorry to inform you Brendan Sullivan however, this was easily the best film I've seen all year. Better than Rush or Fruitvale Station. George Clooney and Sandra Bullock absolutely nailed it acting wise and the film was suspenseful throughout, leaving several questions unanswered at the end. This is simply a must see film and visually one of the greatest achievements as far as special effects/general effect are concerned. See this movie immediately.
Oct 3 - 09:25 PM
Your welcome. I saw it in IMAX 3D btw and it was a blast. Theater had a good amount of people there, too which was nice. Strangely the most packed theater of a movie I've seen this year was White House Down. I liked that movie a lot and was disappointed that it got poor reviews after seeing it.
Oct 3 - 10:05 PM
I'm sorry, but how can you still think this movie looks bad?
Oct 3 - 07:09 PM
Trailer doesn't show shit about what the movie is going to be about. I don't want to watch a 1 and 1/2 movie, which doesn't explain anything in the trailer.
Oct 3 - 09:06 PM
Oh, I see. You're one of those people that like to have the whole plot spoon-fed to them during the trailers. The whole point of a movie like this is the experience and not knowing the entire story going in.
Oct 3 - 09:19 PM
Seriously... I saw this movie last night and the fact that the trailer doesn't give the whole movie away is absolutely fantastic. This is a film of the absolute highest quality...the kind that only comes along once every 5-10 years.
Oct 4 - 05:10 AM
That's basically what you said. You want the whole plot spoon fed to you in the trailer.
Oct 4 - 12:10 PM
"Trailer doesn't show shit about what the movie is going to be about". This implies that you wanted them to explain more of the plot in the trailer, which is silly. Trailers should be more like Gravity's.
Oct 3 - 10:11 PM
is it just you see you see......Bruce Lee was the best...im his bastard son...Sandra o Sandra
Oct 1 - 11:29 PM
So I tried to troll the Ender's Game forum but nobody is responding. Seriously, I called the movie Bender's Lame for crying out loud; where are the butthurt fanboys when you need them??
Oct 1 - 08:06 PM

Just when I thought this website couldn't get any stupider... you showed up.
Oct 1 - 08:14 PM
yes. It actually is a word, but it's not grammatically correct. Makes you should ignorant.
Oct 2 - 12:46 PM
I apologize profusely, you misguided, inbred piece of shit. I was merely attempting to convey my disgust for you via common vernacular. By the way, "Makes you should ignorant?" What the fuck does that even mean?
Oct 2 - 01:29 PM
Whatever you ignorant motherfucker. Just be a fucken man and admit you made a mistake. We're all human, but you just have your head up your own ass and believe you do no wrong. So shut up and admit. God damn. Now I'm going to be a man and say I fuck up on that grammar; like I've done in the past. There you go. Are you happy?
Oct 2 - 05:55 PM
Brendan, two things:
1) You just said yourself that 'stupider' is a word. But I'm not going to get into a discussion of slang words with you, so let's leave it at that.
2) Even if it WASN'T a word (which it is), your monumental grammatical errors eclipse it enormously. 'Stupider' is slang, and perhaps not grammatically perfect, but you clearly got the meaning of what I said. You, on the other hand, make grammar errors so egregious that it is nearly impossible to get any meaning from the idiotic things you spout off. I hope that, in time, you come to understand the difference.
Oct 2 - 06:19 PM
again it's a word, but it's like writing stupid on your forehead. Now as my grammar goes...like I said probably fives thousand times. Who care about grammar correctness? I'm just being a dick right now because of the way you've been a huge dick over the past posts about my grammar. By the way; I sometimes purposely just to piss people off. That's beside the point. Pointing it out on your grammar is just funny, because you flipped out and that hilarious. Again...I don't give a shit about grammar on a discussion board.
Oct 2 - 07:06 PM
"again it's a word, but it's like writing stupid on your forehead."
I don't know... what this means... anyway, who "care" about grammar correctness? I care. I care because, when I see a person of my generation using retarded grammar in their writing, I know that others will then in turn make unfair generalizations about us Millennials (i.e. that all of us have grammar as bad as you do, and are thereby stupid). Because of this, you do a disservice to your age group and contribute to the stereotype that young people are incapable of writing coherent sentences. You, Roshit, and (if he is a teenager) You You See are all making us look bad. Step up your game.
Oct 2 - 08:07 PM
Sorry to say it but again I'm past your fucking generation. I'm not a teenager and I'm an adult. You stereotype me as having this terrible bad grammar. This accusation is totally bullshit and obviously needs to stop. Have you seen (since it just been talking resulting) have terrible grammar? No...of course not. Because if I really wanted to have well stated grammar then I would. But, of course I don't give a flying fuck because in the real word grammar only looks good on a piece of paper (that's a metaphor by the way). Does this make me stupid? No! Not at all because again I can still get my points across (well most of the time at least). That's what you learn in a language arts class. You'll always have editors that will worry about the grammar part, so fuck it. I don't care. People telling my grammar is bad or terrible shows people's ignorance. If I wanted to be a dick...which of course I'm not. I can point out grammar flaws in your sentences as well. So go and be a douche about...because I could give two shuts.
Oct 2 - 11:26 PM
Yeah, basically what Diane said, but most of that was impossible to read because of your horrible grammar. And sorry if I couldn't keep track of which made-up age you were today. And I'm sorry, are you trolling or not? You flip-flop more than Mitt Romney.
Oct 3 - 03:55 PM
If you're both such God damn geniuses in the field of the English language than why the hell are you wasting your time trying to piss someone off in A THREAD FOR THE MOVIE GRAVITY.
Oct 4 - 04:54 PM
Is it just me, or is Brendan an attention whore? Right fellas?
I'm here all week.
Oct 1 - 12:40 PM
If u really think I'm attention then fine. How about this "I'll leave this site until the movie comes out' then we'll see who the real attention horrors on here are"
Oct 1 - 10:26 PM
You wrote 'u' instead of 'you.' Please, tell me about all those milliseconds you saved.
Oct 2 - 08:08 PM
we'll if you were smart and replace "said" with "saved", you would realize what I meant.
Oct 3 - 09:09 PM
So you're smart even though you make ridiculous errors in your writing, yet I am stupid for not translating the hieroglyphs you post accurately? Riiiiiight...
Oct 4 - 04:25 PM
This is not a worthy thread to be the successor of the much superior one.
Oct 1 - 02:53 AM
um...wrong answer. If you want to be a grammar nazi then do it right Or*
Oct 1 - 08:48 AM
*Get over yourself, you stupid, whore of a person!
You needed, capitalization, punctuation, your second sentence was a sentence fragment (There was no subject, unless again you were stating it as a question. See, this is why punctuation is important!), also this should really only be one sentence (with an the you added so you know who the insult was directed at), there is no reason for it to be two.
Oct 1 - 04:42 PM
*The movie, Gravity, looks dumb; are you happy, David?
You lacked, capitalization, proper punctuation, the second sentence is an incomplete thought (ie. Sentence Fragment) if you do not have the question mark, you should join them together with a semi-colon, you shouldn't use the pronoun 'this' if you have not already specified what 'this' is, and although you can say 'Happy, David?" it is more correct to say, "Are you happy, David?"
Oct 1 - 04:34 PM
No, no, no. You're doing it wrong. You're supposed to make a statement about how Gravity looks dumb. Sheesh. Try again please.
Sep 30 - 07:28 PM
gunter meisner
it's a sfx movie so the rest of it is merely adequate but hey you get to see outer space without being up there.
Oct 6 - 09:16 PM
Brendan Sullivan
yeah I did have a review of this movie and how good it really was but some jack off deleted it.
