For the first time ever, the entire first season of the classic sitcom GREEN ACRES comes to home video. Eddie Albert and Eva Gabor star as an upper-class couple who leave their flashy New York City lifestyle behind and move to the country. Of course, that transition proves to be more difficult they anticipated, triggering a seemingly endless string of hilarious situations.

A New York City hotshot lawyer (Eddie Albert) gets tired of the rat race and wants to settle down in where else? Hootersville. His wife Lisa (Eva Gabor) couldn't do anything on a farm but wear diamonds.
Now you have the perfect dilemma, a couple in trouble. And its off to the laugh track with a town full of nut heads.
32 episodes priced right. A two disc set where we start with naive Oliver (Albert) buying the farm.
I have always cracked up (hysterically laughed) at this couple that has Eastern U.S. meeting Western U.S. The high roller city folk versus the common rural poor folk.
If ever there was a comedy to rival this epic one, let me know. There is absolute conflict everywhere, from our city slicker Albert riding his tractor in a suit to Lisa washing dishes by throwing them out the window.
Highly recommended from your saloon owner Rick. Lots of one liners, pure hysteria start to finish.
Running time: 13 hours, 40 minutes. Color. seasons total from 1965-1966. This is season one.
