Critic Reviews for Greg & Gentillon
The triumph of the largely improvised film is that the characters, with all their naive optimism, are surprisingly nuanced.
Greg & Gentillon finds a shiver of poignancy, a hint of tenderness, that's rare in this genre.
Sending two faux-provincial innocents into real-life situations involving levelheaded, genially imperturbable Canadians offers only the mildest kind of comedy.
