I've seen alots of your reviews and i agree with most of them, but this one is wrong all the way, you missed the movies point. It's not a heroic movie or a movie of emotion porn. It's a squad of men from different backgrounds. Their main quest is to Blow the canons of Navarone, and their succes, safes 2000 soldiers on the battleships on their way to advance.

I'm so sick and tired of seeing a sole negative review on all-time greats with your fat face attached to it. How did you even get a career as a reviewer?! You f'n suck and i registered especially to tell you so (like many others probably did) Pick another career, you obviously can NOT judge movies.
