New to DVD from Tartan Video (real champs of bringing Asian horror to U.S. shores), this one will likely appeal to fans of Se7en and The Silence of the Lambs.
H sets up its enigmatic premise with a gruesome style and intensity, and finally ties up the mystery with ... well, nothing a little suspension of disbelief can't fix.
Korean serial-killer thriller about a spate of copycat killings emulating the murders of a notorious murderer on death row. It's not exactly rife with originality but I still thought it was pretty good. It's got a decent twist at the end which I didn't see coming. Fairly graphic violence wise too so there's enough
grisly murders and crime scenes to satisfy the gore hounds.

Don't bother watching this if you have Se7en, Manhunter or Memories of Murder at hand. It's a poor mans...anything in this genre really. Interesting at times but mostly a confused and at times laughable serial killer thriller. The performances are okay but the dialogue is flat and at times just attempts to explain the
film. There are some nice unprdictable moments, but they just add to the mess. The beginning with dead babies is both shocking and twisted, but it sort of loses its edge once it falls into genre stereotypes.
