During this period, Ron contracted the AIDS virus and began to discover a form of catharsis in intense acts of sadomasochism and self-mutilation. He later transformed these tendencies into his own shocking form of performance art. This documentary chronicles his life and works (including on-stage enemas, body piercing, and "cutting"), and investigates this extreme art. [More]
