Based on the romance novel by Patricia Coughlin, THE AWAKENING follows young Sara (Cynthia Geary) as she finds a level of passion and love that she never thought possible. Sara seems happy with her small town life, as the owner of a local boarding house, but when an antiquities smuggler being pursued by Flynn (David Beecroft), a handsome bounty hunter moves in, Sara's life turns upside down. Joining forces with Flynn, Sara finds herself in a fast-paced world of crime, archaeology, and romance
