Critic Review - Movie Metropolis

Fortunately, the good outweighs the mediocre, so in the end this is one of the better installments in the series.

Whether this was a good idea or a bad one, viewers will have to determine for themselves(the split).

You will see when Part 2 is released how necessary the split is to tell the story. There's no argument for this topic, it would have honestly been impossible for it to be one film.

As for everything else you said, i'm not going to complain because at least you didn't give the film a rotten. I will say that there is nothing wrong for a blockbuster to be slow, to allow the story to be told, especially in this case where Part 2 will be a fast paced war film.

I would say one of the best installment in the whole franchise. The characters matured and drastically changed if you compare them to the past Harry Potter movies. David Yates made it his own, giving the end of Part 1 with a poignant feeling.

It's hard to find movies based on books that are directed and casted correctly. Harry Potter is one of them, thankfully you didn't give it a rotten because the franchise has done its job in staying within the limits of the books and making all the movies the best they can.

Part 2 is the only movie left of the series and after seeing the trailer, I believe more improvements are in-store.
