Movie Info

In this mystery miniseries, originally aired on public broadcasting, a former Scotland Yard detective (Trevor Eve) is sent to Nairobi to lead a new criminal investigation unit, where he encounters a complex mix of blackmail, murder, and passion. As he works to fight crime in this gritty city, he also must contend with the colonialistic leanings of the country's expatriate population. This program contains the complete miniseries of HEAT OF THE SUN: "The Sport of Kings," "Hide In Plain Sight," and "Private Lives."
