Critic Review - Christianity Today

... a dull, derivative, poorly plotted movie. Hellboy's enemies are interesting at first, but they wear out their welcome quickly.

"Dull" ??? That's coming from a writer from, "Christian Today." What could be more boring? Maybe going to Church on Sunday?

Agreed. The movie starts very promising, but then drifts away, seemingly unsure of where it wants to go to. The Sammael monster starts really cool, but then shows up too much and too long. The general feeling during and after the film was that of being let down on the potential this movie and the great cast had. Guillermo Del Toro had all the right tools in his hands, but in the end failed to deliver. A nice try, amusing, but overall lacking.

Your critique=....a pathetic, crappy, & horribly written review. Coming from the person who wrote "Christian Today".

Your review sucks almost as bad as Roger Ebert's. That shows you're a lowsy person, & so is Stoffel60 for aggreeing with you.
