Too much to dig through? Don't you enjoy being challenged by film and art instead of having everything spelled out for you and neatly wrapped?
Regardless of whether you understood the film or not, this film should have at least had the ability to provoke some creativity on your part, assuming of course that you have creativity in the first place. The whole point of this film was too provide an inspiring back drop into the exploration of your own mind not to overanalyze the film itself, hence the self reflexive ending that clarifies the fact that this is just a film, not reality in and of itself.
I suppose when you looked deep down into your soul, you probably found nothing more present than the desire to critique films you could never begin to comprehend and take up residence in Utah.
