Cancelled by the UPN after only five episodes but resuscitated by the Cartoon Network's Adult Swim for an additional four-year run, the animated television series HOME MOVIES sustains its loyal cult following with the satiric humor of THE SIMPSONS and a Squigglevision style of animation pioneered by DR. KATZ, PROFESSIONAL THERAPIST. Created by Loren Bouchard and Brendon Small, the series follows the trials and tribulations of precocious 8-year-old Brendon (named for and voiced by its co-creator) as he navigates through the daily traumas of childhood with the help of his neurotic single mother, drunken soccer coach, and a home video camera which he uses to record his innermost dreams and aspirations. Simultaneously funny and heartfelt, this collection presents all 13 episodes of the series' fourth and final season, which includes the fan-favorite episodes "Camp," "Honkey Magoo," and "Those Bitches Tried to Cheat Me." It also comes packed with a 52-track CD of the show's catchy tunes from all four seasons including "Franz Kafka", "The Ballad of King Arthur and Robin Hood", "Mr. Pants" and "Jazz Fight"! [More]
