Horror Bulletin: Sneak Peeks at "28 Weeks Later" and "Hostel Part II" Online

Horror sequel sneak peeks ahoy -- just in time for the weekend, glimpses of Fox Atomic's "28 Weeks Later" and Lionsgate's "Hostel Part II" have surfaced online!

The "28 Weeks Later" peek is really just that; it's nothing more than a few seconds of quick-cut footage, but the full trailer will be attached to "The Hills Have Eyes 2" next Friday, so you can consider this a small appetizer just before the, uh, larger appetizer. The film, which picks up six months after the end of "28 Days Later," focuses on the struggle to rebuild society after a virus has decimated the population of the British Isles.

The "Hostel Part II" clip, which was shown at the New York Comic Con, is longer (and decidedly NSFW, unless foul language and upside-down girls in their birthday suits are smiled upon in your office). In the second installment in director Eli Roth's grisly teens-in-peril series, a group of nubile students (including Bijou Phillips and Lauren German) are lured from Rome to a dank torture chamber in central Europe.

"28 Weeks Later" is set for a May 11 debut; "Hostel Part II" is scheduled to reach theaters June 8.

Another Hostel??
More porn for those who like their pornography violent rather than sexual. I still prefer the thoughtless erotic kind of porn over this.

Maybe "28 Weeks Later" will, like the first one, be a horror movie that's meant to scare us rather than tantalize us with violence

Wow, dehumanizing women via their sexuality, then torturing them... wow, that's gonna go over well. Imagine, Hostel 1, the guys hung upside down nude... that would never happen, only women get treated like that in horror movies... it's tired and lazy.

Hostel was a bad movie, when I saw it in theatres, numerous people boo'ed at the end. A sequel is totally unnecessary, unless it only hopes to aspire to insipid torture porn.

28 Weeks Later is a flip movie for me, it could be bad and could be good. I know nothing of the Director, but since Boyle's name is tagged onto the movie, it could be good.

Hostel 2... Who cares.

I enjoyed Hostel.

I mean it's a horror film. People died in that movie in grusome ways. So it had a lot of nudity in the begging. Big deal. It was all a set up to make you feel safe and forget what you were seeing and then suddenly turn the tables and show people getting blow torched and stuff.

You people are far too picky about your horror films.

Well I think people are picky cause Horror movies are suppose to scare us. Hostel was just disgusting with no scare fatcor in it whatsoever.

And...
If people were so picky then nobody would go see these movies and they wouldn't get curned out every few months with knock-offs and rehashes and prequels and sequels and re-imaginings at ad nauseum.
