Disney fun circa 1978, and so typical of its time.
Typical Disney fare but features three distinct characters played by comic talent Jim Dale. He plays a aged curmudgeon and his two very different sons. Don Knotts has some great comic moments as the inept sheriff but the film is kinda of confusing and not paced very well. I laughed but have seen much better Disney

This movie was absolutely one of my favorites as a kid. I loved it! You should watch it if you have never seen but through the eyes of a child not us grown up cynical people we are.
