In 1988, Amnesty International celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights with a six-week, 20-concert world tour headlined by Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band, Peter Gabriel, Sting, Tracy Chapman, and Youssou N'Dour. This HBO concert film offers highlight performances from the tour's final show in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and was never rebroadcast after its December 1988 air date.
