Overrated! Disjointed, disconnected, weird.
C at best. What was everybody watching?
Ralph Fiennes - hardcore special forces - Really? He and the bomb squad get pinned down by insurgents 1000 meters away who are pin point accurate with AKs. Really? But the special forces and then bomb team can't hit the broad side of a barn (a concrete bunker) with a 50 caliber? Until, that is, a miraculous Rambo head shot on a moving target. Really? And the special effects there (red mist) look like the job of a third grader. Realistic. There are the weird sub plots in here that go no where and don't make sense. Bad movie making, bottom line. What were you people watching!

It sounds as if you were watching this movie as if it was Call of Duty.
I don't mean to be that guy, but you really missed the big point of the movie by knit-picking at effects and weapon specs.

I know im commenting 2 years later but the rifle the insurgent sniper using is a dragunov svd as you can see after the insurgent sniper dies. But why care so much of things like the guns in a movie? The story is what really matters in a movie.
