When her roommate, Karla (Brandy Norwood), wins a trip for four to a tropical island, everything seems to be fine. That changes during a seemingly harmless karaoke session, however, when instead of lyrics a menacing message appears on the teleprompter to return the horror to Julie's life. It's not long before the bodies start piling up, and she once again finds herself facing the wrong end of the knife--but this time, she's far from the comforts of home! [More]

  • Jennifer Love Hewitt, Brandy, Freddie Prinze, Jr., and Mekhi Phifer star in the screamer sequel to the blood-chilling box office hit, "I Know What You Did Last Summer." Remember Ben Willis? He's the fisherman who killed the boy who was driving the car when it went off the road in the fatal accidentthat killed his daughter Sara... he's the man in the slicker with a hook in his hand ready to exactbloody justice... well, he's back. It's hard to forget a man who refuses to die.

The dialogue was standard and dull, the acting was there but not fascinating, and the mystery of the killer wasn't as cool as it could have been.

This one's for die-hard genre fans only. And even then, it's only good to snicker at the obvious cliches and overall predictablity.

You want real terror? If this second outing proves profitable, we'll be looking at Yet Again I Recall the Summer Before the Summer Before Last. Now that's scary.

This is a really stupid movie and that’s really disappointing since I really did enjoy the first one.

I didn't care if any of these characters lived or died.

. The door is left open for another sequel. I have an idea for it: a movie studio is about to greenlight yet another subpar teen slasher pic, but the fisherman comes in and hooks everyone before production can start. Sound good?

Some thrills and chills are provided, but as audiences realize they've lived this Summer before, early, strong b.o. returns are also likely to die.

The movie's R rating mentions 'intense terror violence and gore,' but only its publicity team could consider it intense or terrifying. Gore it has.

This is the kind of film you go to for only one reason: you're a teenager, you're on a date, and you're ready for an excuse to grip someone tightly.

I Still Know What You Did Last Summer isn't the end of the line for the series (a third movie is already in the works), but it deserves to be.

There are enough jolts to unsettle, and a chilling music score, but too many bloodied bodies and screaming, and the filmmaker is constantly telling us how to feel.
