Movie Info
The French-born American director Michael Henry Wilson filmed this French documentary about the making of Martin Scorsese's Kundun (1997) with a mix of archival footage and interviews (Scorsese, the Dalai Lama, scripter/co-producer Melissa Mathison, and production designer Dante Ferretti). Included are clips from Andrew Marton's Storm Over Tibet (1952), which included scenes of Tibet during the '30s. Shown at the 1998 Locarno Film Festival. ~ Bhob Stewart, Rovi
