I dont think is was "Laborious" and "Visionless". Wait how was it visionless. It was a strong movie and it honestly didnt feel like 3 hours. Look at Avatar that felt like ages and it was like 2 and a half hours of nothing. Now their coming out with a new one with an extra half hour.... i hope something happens... whoops bit off topic.... sorry

Interesting considering the critics thought Avatar only "sucked" marginally more than Inception.

Avatar: 83%
Inception: 87%

Avatar had a recycled story (so did Star Wars), but its screenplay was well put together and had environmental, and social thematic elements that many Republicans and conservatives have a hard time accepting, even though they are true. See: Corporate welfare, destruction of the environment, human greed and conquest...the list goes on.

Then I think that we should all aggree that all movies should be as laborous, and visionless

Avatar (I do love the movie) was a sci-fi vision of the pocahontas with a few additions here, and there that match that sci-fi theme. The main hero's name even had the same initials.

I wouldn't say it was horrible. It's just a recycled plot with stunning visuals that will sweep the casual movie-goer off their feet. If you look at it more in depth, it's all been done before (except graphics wise)

I'm pretty sure an opinion can never be wrong, but if you are that ignorant you can think so.

Wow. Mr. Croce, I've read lots of your reviews and it looks like MANY people disagree with you. I bet you just love disagreeing with everyone. Thatā??s cool I guess, if thatā??s what drives you to be an incompetent critic, and still somehow make money. But maybe it is good for you to bring down movie review scores. We donā??t want any movies getting too much credit do we? Inception was creative and entertaining. After all, isnā??t the main reason we go to movies is to be entertained?

Visionless...aside from blending the real and surreal, exploring a man's mind steadily deeper as he and his team physically delve deeper into the surreal, defining the rules of the surreal effectively at a pace which demands the intellect of the audience, balancing the progress of acceptance with action only where it drives the plot forward, atmospheric textures that exude the tension of the protagonist and urgency of the plot, and...all those things other movies simply refuse to deliver these days.

This gentleman is clearly so insecure that he waits until everyone else has written their reviews so that he can "confidently" elaborate on why he is so much smarter than anyone else. Critics who spend half of their reviews whining about hype and other critics opinions do not deserve any respect.

This from the man who thought MacGruber was a good movie. Stop using unnecessarily obscure and big words, and start using your brain. I guess a large vocabulary isn't all it takes to be a good movie critic.

It doesn't convey intelligence when you use a thesaurus without knowing in what context to use impressive words, it makes you a grandiloquent ass.

You simply stated unsupported claims about this movie while trying to be as arrogant and sharp. You failed. Try again in a few years? Maybe take a literature class for the time being.
