Critic Review - Christian Science Monitor

Landa is such a wily and despicable concoction that, in movie terms, he's almost impossible not to like. And therein lies part of my problem with this movie.

That's the trouble with critics who confuse real life with movies, dumba$$! Your comment is exactly the opposite of what is happening! Tarantino's movie is obviously fiction. Who cares if it isn't just like WWII. Is this period in time too holy to make a fictional tale about?! You sensitive idiots can't fathom QT!

Sensible criticism, but nothing wrong with some violent voyeurism once in a while, as long as nobody is actually getting hurt. The world of art would be much duller without the Funny Games and Inglourious Basterds out there.
