His father is slowly dying of a form of altzheimer's that developed during his professional boxing career. Since Dorian can heal his patients, but not his own father, he escapes through as many substances and one-night stands as he can get his hands on. He's been high for so long that his perception of his normal life looks like and sounds like a nightclub, complete with flashing lights and surreal images. Dorian is given moral support by his girlfriend Megan and chief of surgery Dr. Preminger, but all he really cares about is a good party. When he meets Megan's best friend Anna, Dorian is drawn to her beauty and also her sense of tragedy. Dorian must confront the choices that he's made in his life and decide between intoxication, responsibility, and love. -- © Rogue Arts [More]

Reviews for Intoxicating
At first, these uncomfortably long shots create an air of ominousness, until we realize they don't signify anything.
Another eye-roll-inducing drug- and alcohol-abuse story that offers little new.
