Hwang Jang Lee kicking ass of course, Riz Ortolani's Day of Anger theme playing, and Yuen Biao and Cory Yuen doing cameos. I think that's more than enough to get this one.

See-Yuen Ng, director of Secret Rivals 1 & 2 and Mad Killer, delivers Invincible Armor. The storyline for this film is entertaining, though not particularly original or unpredictable. The acting is solid, and the action is stupendous. The choreography by Yuen Biao is magnificent. Yuen Biao and Phillip Ko gave this film credibility with their stupendous fight scenes.

The opening invincible armor and eagle claw demonstration, the bedroom attack, the courtyard ?practice? sequence, the restaurant fight, the fight between the bounty hunter and the master for the right to bring in General Chow, the 10 blows attempt to bring down the little brother, the training scenes with the boy, the wine paying fight, General Chow versus the bounty hunter, the battle between the two white haired masters, and the bounty hunter and General Chow versus the boss were amongst the better portions of the film.

Invincible Armor is a splendid martial arts picture. The action scenes in this film are triumphant. The storyline is solid, but far from invigorating. Nevertheless, Invincible Armor is a must own for anyone?s martial arts collection. The choreography and cast are first rate, and Ng See-Yuen presents the film perfectly.
