Critic Review - Peterborough This Week

Betty Thomas's sloppy storytelling and comic incompetence can be forgiven but to portray young women as flighty airheads obsessed with boys over all else is downright offensive.

Sorry, you're wrong. I am the first for strong female characters, but come on, these girls are in high school, and John Tucker is the 'stud' of high school - all the girls in MY high school were NOT above flirting with the hot guys... don't know where you went to high school, but this is just a fun, revenge story with that killer quote of all three girls saying different words of 'John - Tucker-must - die!' Get off your high horse.
