Mildly amusing movie. I thought the first fifteen minutes or so is the best part of the movie. Meryl Streep and Stanley Tucci as husband and wife are great, they should of done the whole movie but the movie keeps cutting back to the very uninteresting shallow couple that apparently is the whole reason the movie was made in the first place, because the wife's blog about following all of Julia's recipes became so popular. I was stuck watching this movie with my wife or I would of turned it off after 30 minutes.

I just loved watching all of Julia Child's PBS cooking shows. I now own the DVD's and even the biography of her life. What an interesting person she was. You can't help but be amused and interested in her cooking methods and how she gets your attention. I just love the shows.
