Can't believe no one has listed Back to the Future. Pretty much anything Spielberg touches is good. Would like to see him actually remake Jurassic Park and shoot in real 3D so the dinosaurs actually can jump into your seat, etc... I agree, they need to stop trying to remaster older movies in 3D. Example...Top Gun 3D. The effects did nothing for me. Added some depth but nothing compared to what it could have been. Have a feeling they will release these movies again with 3D remaster just to get more sales...

It's a kiddie movie, at the end of the day. The acting is reminiscent of Jake Lloyd in The Phantom Menace. Sure, it's iconic, but that's why people have forgotten how bad the scriptwriting and acting was.
