Oscar nominated "Katyn" It's a solid film based on tragic polish history, however it lacks of emotional touch (which is weird 'cause the whole theme is very personal to the director - Wajda's father was among the soldiers that died in Katyn). Still - great cinematography, good acting and the terrifying, shocking
