First half does not move at all. One track of Painting in Asrani's house is left in between. Lacks flow and efficiency which normally director priyadarshan has in his films. A strict ok.

You'd expect Indian movies to be a bit hokey but this one takes the prize. It has the worst plot ever despite a great story line. The corruption in Indian society is rampant.

People born or descended from India see bribery as a way of life and are already importing here in the US. The script writer makes a vain attempt at showing the dangers of corruption in society and how it wrecks families.

The movie meanders around a corrupt family. Even the patriarch seems to tolerate it by allowing his daughter to be married to a really bad guy! The hero is as corrupt as all of them but claims to be a upstanding guy. It did not work for me. The story just does not flow, the songs are bad, unnecessary violence and bad dialog ruin a good concept.

Anyone from India needs to look at this picture and do something about the corrupt culture.
