For anyone who thinks Brad Pitt is just a pretty face, cannot really act, I direct them to the scene in Legends of the Fall where he is back home, sitting in front of his brother's grave, and cannot stop the grief from spilling out, despite his best manly efforts. Superb acting in my opinion.

In fact, I enjoyed the entire movie. I don't understand why some consider it a bloated film.

Can't really count 'Thelma' and "Romance', even 'Monkeys' as 'Brad Pitt' films, I guess they are there because listing films actually starring Pitt would rate low, in the eye of the critics. Yet the films where Pitt shows off his chops are lower rated by critics yet popular amoung us masses ie: Legends of the Fall, Interview with Vampire and Snatch. Pitt is a great actor, bigger celebrity, but has yet to take a film on his back and have a MEGA hit. Let's see how Killing Them Softly does.
