No more impressive than anything you could randomly dial up on Cartoon Network.

I'd like people out there to know that as the father of a 4 year old, (aka, someone who watches cartoons more than most human beings) I can tell you that this movie could not be farther than anything you see in cartoon network, aside from maybe the award winning series AVATAR. If the reviewer is not impressed, take into consideration from an avid cartoon watcher that their perspective probably isnt anywhere near yours, if your into animated childrens films. This one is a winner.

Willy105 from GS! Haha it's always cool when you see someone on a site that you've seen from another one...

Anyway, as others have stated this reviewer couldn't be anymore wrong...I doubted this movie from the previews and absolutely loved it after seeing it.

What a lousy review this is... Kung Fu Panda is by far one of the best cartoon movies I have ever seen.... EVER! I think you need to check it out again.

"no more impressive than anything you could randomly dial up on Cartoon Network"

- definitely a BIG LIE. you cant get ultra smooth animation...JUST YET.

The best advice for anyone on the fence about seeing it: save your time and money for Pixar%u2019s %u201CWall-E%u201D later this month. Movies like "Panda" play better in the Netflix queue anyway.

- DO NOT BELIEVE THIS PERSON! take note of his name and curse him all your life!

Curse him all your life. That's great. As was this movie. So pretty. So well done. I was actually in a bad mood today because I had to take my little cousin to see this this afternoon. I had no desire whatsoever to go see Kung Fu Panda. But oh my goodness, not one minute into it, I had fallen in love. I darn near cried five times. Shhh! Don't tell.

You are entitled to your opinion, but just as well, we will show you how much we disagree!

I must say, I was told this movie had bad reviews. My friend must have read yours and told me this. Mind you he didn't see the movie himself, but pointed out the same "Flaws" you mentioned.

After watching it, I must tell people like who how wrong you are!

The movie is great! Jack Black, like him or not, fit the role perfectly. The other characters fit nicely as well. Animation is top notch. The moral is typical, but look at the target audience before you try and bark up any old tree because you have nothing better to do. The kids I went with absolutely enjoyed this movie.

Why you gotta throw Cartoon Network under the bus? Watch Venture Brothers sometime!

The only thing I agree with you on is the wasted voice talents of the Furious Five. However, this movie was actually entertainment - not something readily found on that hellish bastion of mediocrity you label 'Cartoon Network.' Unless they still show Powerpuff Girls. THAT'S entertainment.
