RT Interview: Jack Black on Kung Fu Panda
What's the funnyman up to these days?

Dreamworks Animation throws down the gauntlet with Kung Fu Panda, an energetic, family-friendly animated feature. RT had the opportunity to sit down and have a little chat with Jack Black, who voices the title character (named Po), and we got it all on video.

In the interview, Black expounds upon the true message of the movie, his favorite moments, and tackling martial arts as a child. Wait, what was that last part? That's right, according to Black, he's got a little bit of experience with Karate himself. Stay tuned till the end and you'll catch probably the strangest plug we've ever filmed.

Kung Fu Panda opens in Australia on June 26, the UK on July 4 and opened in the US on June 6.

I wished they would have showed the interviewer.

I think it's refreshing and awesome that they don't show the interviewer! I'm so sick of interviewers taking over, and worse, freaking guiding their interviewee's with their giant nods and smiles and such to say what they want to be said.

2 cheers for RT!

(-1 cheer for not acknowledging Carrie Fisher as a top 25 Bad-*** Chick)

Ha!! That was just me, unbreakable_samurai, your friendly Australian RT Editor. Nothing like a bit of an accent to add a touch of mystery.
