Geez Rodger, the 3D was breathtaking and added immensely to the spender of the film. It seems like you have no way of being objective when it comes to 3D films if you found it an annoyance. Roper got it right.

Reviews are not by nature objective.

Besides, Ebert has stated many times that his only problem is the dimness which is native to every 3D movie.
