Gangs battle over turf, money and power on the streets of Los Angeles in this martial arts film. Gang leader Young (Jun Chung) has had enough of the violence; he plans to return to his homeland soon and leave the life of crime for good. But escaping won't be so easy for Young, as he runs head-on into a turf war, family problems and the hit man (Bill Wallace) of a drug cartel. Phillip Rhee, James Lew and Rosanna King co-star.

Many movies have tried to create a dream-like atmosphere, this is the only one I've seen to do it successfully-- and completely by accident. It gets a half star because it's impossible to reate it any lower. Watch for the Tom Wilson cameo.
