Their son, Scamp, is restless and wants to know more about the outside world his father came from. One day Scamp leaves home and meets Angel, a pretty stray who introduces Scamp to the Junkyard Dogs, whose leader, Buster, doesn't care for the newcomer. Like most sequels, this one doesn't live up to the original.

Knowing it came in that glut of sequels before they really got things figured out, it really isn't that bad.
