Filled with flawed ideas, subtle bigotry, and amateurish technique, Last Ounce of Courage tested my last ounce of patience.

Just came from the movie, Last Ounce of Courage. If you ever enjoyed going to Christmas Sevices with your parents, you will love this movie. IF you ever went to midnight mass, you will love this movie. If you know someone who entered the military to defend our God Given Rights, you will love this movie. If honoring fallen veterans stirs your heart, you will love this movie. If you feel the government is growing too big and is chipping away at your religious freedom, you will love this movie. Go See Last Ounce of Courage and Merry Christmas to all.

If you're an annoying asshole who won't shut the fuck up about "freedom" and the supposed awesomeness of America like the naive little twat that you are, you will love this movie.

I saw it before it was taken down. All you missed was someone saying they loved the movie, followed by the above comment, followed by two more commenters patting him on the back. So nothing much.

I can understand why this movie would offend "commie pinkos," the term used by the reviewer in the full review.

I'm sorry the reviewer was so offended.

One of the offenses he took was to a black man being cast as the villain.

Talk about racist subtext! How about a film reviewer who cries racism when a black person is portrayed as ... (gulp)... the villain.

In Mike's worldview, blacks should really only be portrayed as victims, or maybe as heroes battling white racism. A man who happens to be black must always be defined by his race and never be allowed to occupy the role of a full fledged human being capable of both good and evil.

It's a real fine thing that blacks have white guys like Mike McGranaghan to make sure they're only cast in a limited set of roles approved by white liberals.

It's a Christian film, and Christians have a very long history of making black people the villain. So it really just adds realism to the film.

Irrational ravings, huh? You mean like a dude who took too many shrooms and hallucinated a talking, burning bush?

If all you are implying that Christians are racists then you people are more biased than I thought. Also The Watcher, a little bible knowledge for you the bush didn't talk, God did. Also the bush didn't burn, it was on fire but didn't burn. Crazy sounding indeed but that's the Bible for you.

You do realize that assuming all Christians are bigoted because they're Christians is bigotry, right? It's no different from assuming that all Muslims are terrorists because they're Muslim, or that all Jews are greedy because they're Jews, or that all Wiccans are creepy because they're Wiccans. Bigotry is bigotry no matter who it's directed at.

Every year, usually around November, Fox News windbag Bill O'Reilly starts going on the warpath about some imaginary "War on Christmas," which apparently has something to do with the fact that not everyone is Christian.

Well this year director Darrel Campbell has beaten O'Reilly to the punch, putting together the story of one Bob Revere (!) in a movie guaranteed to be every teabagger's wet dream.

"People are declaring war on Christmas!" Revere cries, because at the local middle school, students in the holiday play sing Christmas carols with secularized lyrics such as "Silent night, wintry night" under the shrill direction of a (Surprise!) stereotypically Gay drama teacher.

So Mr. Revere rallies the rest of the townsfolk to take on the nefarious American Civil Liberties Organization (read: ACLU), which naturally is not so much concerned with guarding our Constitutional rights as it is with making life miserable for poor Godfearing Christians like himself.

Any wonder that this movie, like "2016: Obama's America," was timed to be released right before the election? How transparent can you get?

You jack ass it is not about a man being black or who can be white as the bad guy in this movie,It is about more and more our freedom is being taking away from us. and you ass hole. don't care! We need poeple in this counrty to stand up for our rights, the same right of our forefathers have. You left out all the men and women killed in all the wars, for our freedom. If not one day it will be gone.

Typical right-wing wacko! You can't make any valid points, so you revert to name calling and acting belligerent. You only care about your own freedom, not the freedoms of people who are different from you. America is supposed to be about equal rights for EVERYONE. Anyone who truly loves our country would respect that idea, and you clearly don't.

IF YOU HATE AMERICA SO MUCH, WHY DON'T YOU JUST MOVE TO RUSSIA?

P.S. Learn to spell. America has one of the best educational systems in the world, but you'd never know it from your 3rd grade writing level.

Why Russia? Russian people don't hate America, they love America. The cold war ended a long time ago, buddy.

Ms. Butters; You should watch this movie because it is about our freedoms, like freedom of speech, etc. I might be right wing but at least I know that the USA was founded by God fearing Christians. I would suggest you read the constitution and the bill of rights to refresh your memory.

Obama has certainly done his best to turn us against ourselves. I suggest that we turn against him for committing treason!

Oh, I have seen this movie, honey. It sucks. And I've read the Constitution too. It says that all Americans should have equal rights and that no one religion should be forced upon everybody. This garbage film celebrates a "hero" who tramples all over other people's rights and tries to force his religion down their throats.

And how dare you accuse the president of treason and suggest an uprising against our government! How unpatriotic of you! Like I said to the other guy, if you hate America so much, why don't you move to another country?

Actually @Angel Scholder my country, The United States of America, was founded my mostly deists and agnostics, and even by one man who *gasps* rewrote the New Testament of the bible and completely omitted that end of the world book Revelation, actually cut out most all of the new testament. He actually ended the bible after Jesus was crucified. The end of The Jeffersonian Bible is "Now, in the place where He was crucified, there was a garden; and in the garden a new sepulchre, wherein was never man yet laid. There laid they Jesus. And rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed."

Just some fun facts that you might want to look at before stating fallacies, in other words falsehoods or lies, about how America was founded.

It's that way with the left too. None of you want to see eye to eye of the real truth and stick to the common belief of what left/right people normally believe instead. Not understanding that the left are wrong in some areas and the right are wrong in some areas.

When people say it was founded by Christain values they are referring to the pilgrims and puritans. So technically it started with them in this nation that would be America but it wasn't found in it yet.

When people say it was founded by Christain values they are referring to the pilgrims and puritans. So technically it started with them in this nation that would be America due to freedom to use religion as they pleased but it wasn't found in it yet when America was created by the founding fathers along with the creation of the Constitution. Technically both the left/right are right. They just need to do their research better.
