This movie looks hilarious.

Everything about this project screams campy and fun-as-hell. The trailer looked terrible, the posters have all been very hacky, and the ridiculous miscasting of absolutely everyone involved is sure to be entertaining on its own. If it turns out to be a genuinely good movie with everything in context, I'll be the first to admit it, but as of everything I've seen from the trailers I'm looking forward to it based solely on the so-bad-it's-good factor.

Do you honestly believe that Eugene Allen (the real Butler who served 7 U.S. presidents) as portrayed as Cecil Gaines in the movie "The Butler" by Forest Whitaker ... actually resigned after thirty years in the White House to join the Black Panthers? This was supposed to be based on a true story, but I cannot believe that to be factual for a second.

Yes, I did see the movie. I think it is a great cinematic production and it will probably get several awards ... deservedly so. I'm glad I saw it, but it did take considerable liberty with the truth in a number of places to serve its own agenda.

Brings up the black thing, please shut your mouth. Look at the film. The cast has whites and blacks it's not a black movie. There is an ensemble cast, an Oscar nominated director of Precious and a real true story.
