Why?! We know who the director is. I'm sure it's seen in the opening and closing credits in gigantic text anyway. He's a by-the-books lock for an Oscar nomination and possible win (regardless of the film's quality), so why does the title need to be tainted with his name? Freaking narcissist. Just call it "The Butler".

Imagine how annoying it would be if all studios allowed directors to do this. Anyone up for "David Fincher's Alien 3"?
I haven't seen the film, so I'm not in a position to judge, but this is sure to get a lot of hate from the wacky supporters of far-right politics if it DOES win the Oscar for best film. I'll let you put two and two together.
