In this film he gets to play the villain, Anatoly Federov, a weapons smuggler attempting to steal military secrets to sell to the highest bidder. The information Federov's seeks, however, has fallen into the hands of beautiful but lethal bounty hunter Samantha Stewart, who is forced to defend herself against Federov's army of henchmen.
