GREATEST PERFORMANCES spans four decades of performances from the man they called "Pops," and shows exactly why he is still so respected in the jazz world and beyond. The program begins with a few choice cuts from the 1930s, which find Armstrong performing early songs such as "Dinah" and "Tiger Rug."
